The Wilson and The Elm

This transformative development provides downtown Bethesda with a multi-modal transit hub energized by a multi-use development.  The project’s three towers, one office and two residential, are scaled to their immediate surroundings and situated to create a porous arrangement that maximizes views, sunlight and outdoor space.  The towers’ variegated profiles and skybridge, all visible from distant viewpoints, animate the Bethesda skyline and signal a destination.
